Pilates on Harrison offers a variety of group equipment classes on the reformer, chair, and tower; we also offer classes from beginner through intermediate levels. Each class is limited to four students, so you’ll still receive personal feedback from your instructor about alignment and form. Because classes are offered at a lower price than one-on-one sessions, it’s possible to do Pilates more often. We notice the most benefit in students who take Pilates 2-3 times a week. Try it out for a month and see for yourself. You’ll notice increased strength, length, and ease in your body that comes from regular Pilates practice.
Classes move at a quicker pace than private or duet sessions and thus require some previous equipment experience. This can be completed in an Introductory Series, 3-5 private sessions, or at another Pilates studio. Check out our New Student page for more information, or give us a call.
